Dear Parent/Carer,

We have received notification from you that you have decided not to continue with St John Paul II College for the education of your child.

Feedback provides us with valuable information on the reasons why parents decide to change their child's school. To that end, below is a brief exit survey in order for us to gain some understanding of the reasons for your choice not to continue at this College.

I would be pleased if you could take the time to complete this survey and, if you are so inclined, to take up the opportunity to participate in a brief exit interview with a member of the College leadership team to assist us with future planning.
